OTTO ORLANDI

Growing from a determined musician, wanting to see the world, into a storyteller, sharing his musical vision with the world, we find Italy’s DJ/producer Otto Orlandi on an enduring journey. It’s taken him from his very first hometown gig to playing one of the world’s most influential clubs and getting signed to some of the biggest record labels in dance music. Strong intuition, relentless passion and hard work continue to drive this talented mind, keen on exploring all edges of electronic dance music. Backed up with a master in Sound Design, Otto Orlandi is the next generation, destined to go places and move souls.
There’s hardly any understanding in dance music Orlandi doesn’t grasp. Besides being a talented producer, who graduated from the Music Academy in Como, he’s also a smart business man, with connections of entrepreneurial minds all around the globe. Heading out and following his dream, has taken him from the Amsterdam Dance Event and EDMBiz Las Vegas to Winter Music Conference Miami, and not just to party. His talent stands out, resulting in a signing to Spinnin’ Records publishing house MusicAllStars, as well as clocking up releases on Be Yourself Music, Blanco Y Negro and Armada Music’s Garuda. Besides seeing his ghostproduced tracks climb the charts, his own originals made it into Beatport’s prog-house Top 10 & iTunes Top 20 on various occasions, supported by the likes of Hardwell, Nicky Romero, W&W, Blasterjaxx and many other industry peers. From Thomas Newson collab ‘Bells At Midnight’, the more recent collabs with S-House & Curtis Richa (‘Sail Away’), VAVO (‘Dissolution’) and Sabrina Signs (‘Can You Hear Me’), to upcoming tracks with Fergie DJ and Taao Kross, each studio session of Otto Orlandi is another chance at chart domination, or – more importantly so – becoming a fan favorite.
A combined love for music and travelling, has taken Otto to many influential places. Spending his time producing for others made him a regular in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, but he’s also done work in the famous London Abbey Road Studios and Capitol Records in Los Angeles. Besides clocking up air miles, the many ghostproducer projects he’s worked on have made Otto a fully-fledged producer that doesn’t let his sound be pigeonholed. Pop beats, trap breakdowns and urban bass resound in his studio, as easy as progressive, tropical and electro house flow from his speakers. That same diversity reflects in his sets, echoed on the dancefloors of Omnia Las Vegas and various other clubs worldwide.
With quite the story to tell and lots more sounds to share, you can be sure to meet Otto Orlandi someday soon, whether on the dance floor or inside your mind – with one of his productions taking over.
