COUNTRY CLUB MARTINI CREW

Artist - Country Club Martini Crew.jpg

Country Club Martini Crew is the moniker of 19-year-old up and coming producer and "Brazilian remix wunderkind", in the words of Idolator.com, Lucas Fantinel from São Paulo, Brazil. Playing the piano since the age of 4 and officially remixing under several pseudonyms for artists and record labels all around the globe since he was 13, over the last 6 years Lucas has completed over 70 remixes among worldwide known bootlegs (Christina Aguilera "Your Body", Beyoncé "Standing On The Sun") and officially commissioned remixes for artists of the likes of Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, Tina Arena, Zendaya, Cole Plante, Fifth Harmony and many more.

After only a year and a half remixing under the Country Club Martini Crew ("Who might just have the coolest name ever", says Superbangers.com) moniker, Lucas not only started getting remix requests from major labels such as Disney/Hollywood Records, Capitol/Virgin and EMI, but also landed four remixes on the #1 position on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Songs chart with his remixes for Katy Perry, Demi Lovato and Cole Plante, as well as his Unconditionally remix (according to music blog Can You Hear This, " 2014's answer to Clarity") being included in the Japanese edition of Katy's #1 album "PRISM" and his Demi Lovato "Neon Lights" remix on "NOW That's What I Call a Workout 3", part of the NOW! That's What I Call Music series. His style has proved to appeal to both radio and club audiences, which is backed up by the constant support of radio giants including UK's BBC Radio 1, Capital FM and Gaydio, Australia's Nova 100 and 2DayFM, US-based Energy 98 and Brazil's Jovem Pan FM, as well as worldwide club play and having his remixes featured on major websites and music blogs, including MSN.com, Out Magazine, RyanSeacrest.com, Digital Spy, Perez Hilton, Idolator, MuuMuse and Vagalume.

Lucas does not limit himself to the fast-paced and hard, thumping beats of EDM and House music, though; in fact, one of his parallel projects is quite the opposite. Starting officially in 2013 but with its roots dating back to late 2011, "Pop Goes Live" consists of stripped down, acoustic-sounding renditions of songs by several pop acts, from Britney Spears and Madonna to One Direction. Over the course of only a year, its three editions have garnered a total of 2 million views on Lucas' official YouTube and Soundcloud posts alone - some unofficially reposted links have got as much as a million plays on a single song. Among the most successful acoustic remixes of his are Beyoncé "Grown Woman", Britney Spears "Perfume" and "Passenger" (both of them featuring singer/songwriter Sia Furler) and One Direction "Happily" (the latter two being collaborations with American remixer Nick*), which made it to Twitter's Worldwide Trends the night it was released. In addition to remixing, Lucas has also interned as recording/mix engineer at MSN Brazil's "Estúdio Showlivre", working on live webcast performances.
